What is food?

FOOD WE EAT
Anything which we eat to live and grow is called food.
For example: Rice, Bread , Eggs, Fruits, Vegetables, etc.
Why do we need food?
1. To stay alive
2. To get energy
3. To obtain nutrients
4. To repair our body
5. To develop a healthy and active body
