Motherhood to set up Rize @ People Konnect.
Anjali’s vision resulted in the Back To the
Front, which is a recognized program in the
industry today to drive the gender diversity
mandate in companies and workforce.
She has over 15 years of experience in
Human Resources in companies like Tata
Teleservices, ICICI Bank. She has an MBA in
HR from NIRMA University.
Rashmi specializes in strategic and
leadership hiring. Her deep
understanding of the BFSI and
Telecom sector makes her the most
preferred relationship manager and
recruiter of our clients in this sector.
In her long association with Rize @
People Konnect Pvt. Ltd, she has
been instrumental in managing some
of our largest relationships, and also
focusing on building the People
Konnect brand and internal systems.
She has a Bachelors in Architecture
and MBA and has spent three years in
a marketing role with Sony Pictures
and Planman Consulting.
Disha’s eye for spotting opportunities and
engaging with clients to define their
needs has helped People Konnect
deliver large programs for our clients in
the learning and development space.
She heads business development for
People Konnect and her charter is to
identify opportunities for total solutions
with existing and potential clients.
She has completed her CFA (USA),
Masters in Economics and has over 10
years of experience in Private Banking,
Research & Analytics, Risk Advisory and
Learning & Development in MNCs like
Ernst & Young and HSBC.
Purba Bhattacharya is Principal Consultant & Branch Head for
Delhi. She has built a competent team and has helped People
Konnect scale up to be an Ivy League search firm.
She has tested capabilities in turning around large recruitment
projects. She has experience in working with multiple stakeholders
and enjoys a vast network in the banking industry.
An alumnus of Delhi School of Economics, she holds a master’s
degree in human resource management and has over 16 years of
