dimensions:
- avoiding concentrating in idea quality
- deferring judgement

9. DISCUSSION
• CPS method changed individual
attitude towards divergence
(premature closure and deferral of
judgement and less censorship)
• It provided a professional way of
organizing knowledge so that it can
help individuals to find original
solutions to problems
• It proved to be an important instrument
to lead teams to creativity and
innovation.

10. DISCUSSION
• CPS have proven its usefulness in finding
solutions and helping organizations to
improve;
• The process of developing organizational
innovation and creativity is complex and
non-linear;
• And can only give rise to a culture of
innovation with the management’s total
commitment;
• Selecting the talents, giving them
time, space, knowledge and the
opportunity to team up and direct their
individual creativity to the organizational
problems.
