Magazines
Andreas Paphiti
Introduction
• As part of my research, in order to influence
my coursework pieces, I thought that it was
necessary to gain information about; the
circulation and readership figures, revenue
and the social media statistics of regional
magazines.

Conclusion
• In conclusion, from conducting this research, it appears
that free regional magazines have the largest circulation
and readership figures. Therefore, I will make my
magazine a free magazine, but I will be able to generate
revenue by making advertisers pay a premium price for
advertising space, like most, if not all, free media texts
who make their revenue in this way.
• The data that I have collected suggests that the readers
of Regional magazines are over the age of 30. Therefore,
there appears to be a gap in the market, so I have
decided to create a magazine which aims to target an
audience of an age between 16-25 years-old.
