EN: The OpenStreetMap dataset is currently being applied by Le Havre and Seine Estuary town planning agency in the “Weastflows” European project (2011-2015). OpenStreetMap is used for freight transport and logistics. It requires a geomatic approach which begins with the selection and retrieval of basic information concerning the transport infrastructures in eight countries of North West Europe and extends with the atlas of fifty maps and now available online on the extranet “Geoweastflows”.
