 Primary responsibilities included, specifications knowledge, scheduling,
AP/AR, change orders, quantity verification, stakeholder
communication, as built.
 Managed one of the highest revenue offices in North American Rehab
for Insituform.
 Indiana office generated $19 million in volume for 2014 while
maintaining a company high 16% margin.
 Improved monthly collections and exceeded set goals by 52% taking
this office to a top 3 position for 2014.
 Streamlined payment process for subcontractors to get payments down
to a 45 day or less wait.
 Successfully coordinated subcontractors on multiple projects daily.
 Managed as many as 15-20 projects at a time from start up to closeout.
 Prepared change orders for managers review and submission to the
owner.
 Was the go to leader for issue resolution on site.
 Worked as onsite manager for 9 months in Mishawaka , IN overseeing
4 different projects at 1 time with a total dollar value of $4.0m and 8
subcontractors with varying responsibilities.
 On site manager for a $3.2m project that required a $500k bypass set
up and work in 42” sewer mains running under a river. Issue resolution
was primary.
 Total geographical area included all of Indiana and central Illinois from
Peoria down to Effingham.
