  30. من اهم و ابسط ادوات التحليل و في رايي هى من اهمهم و كافية جدا لاي startup لمرحبة كبيرة من عمرها و عبارة عن اربع خطوات بسيطة الا ان التطبيق بتاعها بياخد وقت و مش بنفس بساططة الفكرة 1- المرحلة الصعبة جدا تحديد الوضع الحالى و دى محتاجة جزء كبير من الصدق مع النفس و الشجاعة و عدم تجميل الوضع 2- الوضع المستهدف و دى تعتبر امتع خطوة و احبهم على قلب اى رائد اعمال 3- تحديد الفجوة دى خطوة مهمة جدا ايةهى المشاكل اللى عندى ومخليانى مبقاش في الوضع المستهدف و بغض النظر عن و جهات نظرنا و العامل النفسي كتير جدا بيبقي فاكر انه محتاج team اكبر ال ان التيم محتاج يبقي اشطر مش بالعدد على فكرة 4- تحديد خطة تنفيذية محددة و محددة بوقت مناسب
  31. ال tool اللى بعد كدة performance analysis و دى بنستخدمها سواء للمنتجات بتاعتنا و دى بنشوف حجم مبيعات كل منتج من حيث الكمية و القيمة و التكلفة و العائد و دة يخلى اقدر اخد قرار اكمل في اى منتج و اتوسع فيه و اى منتج ابدا اعمله termation او الغية من ال product mix بتاعى او sales people بيعمل كام call ال conversion rate بتاعه قد اية و بيبيعلى بكام و بيفتحلى كام اكونت و منهنا اقدر اخد قرار مين يشتغل على اى منتج على اي نوع من اعملاء او اى سوق ارقي مين و هكذا و بردو اقدر اعمل دة للعملاء بتوعى اقسمهم segments او personas و اشوف اى persona بتجيب معايا احسن شغل و اركز عليها و ادى الباقي اهمية اقل او استبعد فئة عملاء

  35. ال Tool دى من الحاجات المهمة دى عبارة عن framework تقدر تطبقها على علشان تحلل المنتج بتاعك 1- العميل هو مين بالظبط ؟ و هل ال الاحتياج او المشكلة دى فعلا ليها معنى قوى عندة؟ هل قادر احدد segment واضحة ولا ؟ هل قادر اوصل للكاستمر دة بسهولة ولا لاء ؟ 2- المنتج هل هو مركز على nich معين بشكل واضح ؟ اية ال network اللى عنهل عندى التيم اللى يقدر يوصلنى ل markt fit ؟ دى الموثرة في العميل المستهدف ؟ هل اقدر اطبق lean methods ولا لاء ؟ اية اللى srory ورا المنتج ؟ 3- الجزء المالى هل ال margains صحية وبتغطى تكاليفي و بتخلينى قادر اعمل اللى انا عاوزه ؟ التكلفة الغارقة قد اية ؟ ايه هى القيود على ال supply ؟ cash flow اللىى انا محتاجها ؟ 4- التوقيت هل هو متماشي مع ال trend الموجودة ؟ هل في innovations بتاثر عليه ؟ المنافسه الحالية و اندفاعها ؟ هل هناك علامات لاحتياج السلعة ؟ 5- المنافسة هل هى محدودوة ؟ اية مدى قوة المنافسين ؟ و مدى قوتى انا ؟ هل وضعي يسمحلى بالدفاع ولا ؟ اية القيود على دخولى المنافسة ؟
  36. دى بردو واحدة من ال tools المهمة جدا و بسيطة في استخدامها و لكن استخدامها مش بسيط قوي بتتكون من 3 خطوات 1- تعرف مشكلتك بوضوح وتتاكد ان هى دى المشكلة اللى لازم تحلها 2- تبدا تجمع اسباب بدقة في brain storming لمدةكويسة 3- تبدا تشوف اثر كل سبب مثال مشكلة المبيعات 4- دى خطو ارشحه جدا انك تستخدم اداة تقييم للاسباب دى علشان تشوف اكتر اسباب لو حلتها هتودى اللى حل المشكلة
  37. ادتين مهمين جدا للتخطيط في ال startups business model caves , time line لو انت شغال BD او دى شركتك معنهاش خطة مكتوبة يبقي في مشكلة حقيقية بجد و اول خطوة بتعملها ك BD او لما بنعمل استشارات لاى startup بنساله على خطته لو مفيشدى تبقي اول موضوع لازم يتحل و كلن في قاعدة اساسية في موضوع التخطيط انه بسطها تتبسط It is a working process كل فترة افضل كل اسبوع اقعد ساعة و شوف انت فين
  38. حاجة من اخطر ما يمكن المناسبة و المناسبة دى نحطة تحتيها 100 خط لان المناسبة مش شرط تكون كبيرة في اداة من الادوات الجميلة جدا في الموضوع دة scoring card بتتعمل على 4 خطوات 1- احدد اية العوامل اللى هقيس عليها التكلفة , البيئة , المجتمع ...... 2- ارتب الحجات دى بالاولويات و ادى لكل اولوية نسبة مئوية 3- score من 1 الى 10 4- جمع اضرب الاسكور في النسبة يطلعلى رقم و بجمع ف الاخر الفرصة اللى تدى اعلى score ابداء فيها
  39. استخدم اداة الكترونية تساعدك انك تشتغل بشكل منظم الادوات دى فيها ميزات مهمة انك ممكن توزع تسكاتك و تسلمها وتديرها بشكل كويس و تديك كمان history علشان نعرف نحلل وتقدر تبعت او تعمل assign لتاسك معين للتيم بتاعك و هكذا وهيسهل عليك جدا استخدم حاجة واحدة متستخدمش مليون تول ابسطهم و اسهلهم عليك و بيعملك كل اللى انت عاوزه
