The characteristics of TM-drive MV are:
• This motor gives high efficiency and high reliability as it reduces the number
of Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT).
• Uses diode bridge rectifiers that brings in the factor of high power.
• Very easy maintenance.
• It is user-friendly and has huge LCD display for easy operations.
4. TMdrive-MVG
This was designed to be power-friendly, high reliability with low harmonic
distortion. This kind of inverter is no longer available in the market but some
industrials still provide maintenance services to existing TMdrive-MVG
customers.
The characteristics of TMdrive-MVG include:
· It has 97% high-energy proficiency.
· With one drive, it allows control for multiple motors.
· Design which uses 1700 IGBT’s (Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor).
· Requires less total space and provides better motor protection.
5. TMdrive-MVG2
After the production of TMdrive-MVG stopped, it is recommended to use
TMdrive-MVG2 in place of it. TMdrive-MVG and TMdrive-MVG2 almost have
the same features and is used for the same purpose.
The characteristics of TMdrive-MVG2 are
· Available with 4 voltage classes, 3.3 kV voltage class, 6.6 kV voltage class, 10
kV voltage class and 11 kV voltage class.
· Designed for industrial applications like fans, compressors, pipelines, mills,
press machines, etc.
6. TMdrive-MVe2
This invertor is considered to be an alternative for TMdrive-MVG invertors
which are no longer being produced. This invertor has a lot of similar
characteristic of TMdrive-MVG and TMdrive-MVG2.
The characteristics of TMdrive-MVe2 include:
· Allows braking of overhauling loads and stops loads such as fans and pumps,
energy regeneration capability is included in it.
· Low harmonics distortion allows high reliability and power control
operation.
· Designed for a range of industrial applications like hot gas expanders,
refiners, extruders, etc.
· Features active line side converter.
7. 21-VLL Series Vertical Motors
This motor is a three-phase medium voltage motor that is outlined for huge
capacity applications. It is designed with custom frames like WPII, TEWAC,
and TEAAC and it meets worldwide standards. It is made up of fabricated steel
plates and C5 steel lamination.
The characteristics of 21-VLL series are:
· The kilowatt-hour of this motor is up to 6500 kW that is 8700 HP.
· Guarantees weather protect and is completely enclosed air-to-air and water-
to-air.
· The latest technology used makes this motor less noisy and vibration levels
are also less by 1.8 mm/sec.
· The design includes boosted VPI insulation systems.
8. Custom designed Induction Motors
Their low and medium voltage motors are ideal for industrial applications like
fans, blowers, compressors, conveyors, etc. virtually all their motors provide
simple installations and easy maintenance.
The characteristics of their custom designed Induction Motors are:
· Comprehensive analysis with superior efficiency of electromagnetic field
patterns.
· Prominent mechanical and insulation strength that lowers electrical shorts,
winding failure, mechanical deflection, and vibration.
