Use Social media to your advantage.
1- Only create post of relevance to your personal brand ... people don’t care that you have a headache
2- Before porting a comment, ask yourself would I be comfortable saying this in front of my parents?
3- Turn of enable location data. People don’t need to know where you are at all times
4- Take pride in who you are and what your brand represents. Represent your parents, your hometown, your school and your team
5- Don’t post selfies as your profile photos
6- Keep personal stuff off social media
7- Sense of humor is ok. But don’t make fun of people, other religious views or
other political parties. Don’t make fun of people with disabilities or for being
over weight
8- Don’t be fooled by the allure of security if you are using social media from the
comfort of your home. Once you send a post out the world has access to your
thoughts

Use social media for your advantage. Follow people who inspire you, tag them in posts quoting them to grab their attention, make sure your followers are people who are there to support you.
