Managerial:
 Take charge ofthe clinicalarea for a whole as part of shifts.
 Reverse barrier nursing in caseslike bone marrow transplant and
peripheral stem celltransplant.
 Maintains safetyand wellbeing of the patients in accordancewith safe
practice and ensure that all incidents /accidents are reported and
recorded.
 Assistwith preparation and implementation of daily rosters.
 Suggestand assistco-workersin establishing a goodworking atmosphere
and the most effective and efficient use of staff supplies and services.
 Having goodcommunication skills and efficient in working with a team.
 Calculationand administration of medications.
 Routine inventory of narcotic drugs and crashcart trolley.
 Experiencedin handling overseaspatients and foreigners.
 Occupationalhealth paramedic experience for 3 years at FALCK INDIA
at various sites.
Clinical:
 Assess plans, implements and evaluates care of patients.
 Take responsibilities for the direct delivery of patient care by promoting
goodstandards of professionalcompetence.
 Determine nursing priorities and plans patient care.
 Establishes effective communication with the other members of the health
