Systems Support Engineer and Deployment Specialist 
Builds, tests, and maintained Windows Server systems 2008/2012, on VMware ESX hosts, and associated 
infrastructure as well as administer and managed Windows servers 2008 R2, and server 2012 upkeep 
and health. Successfully upgraded Windows Server 2008 R2 to Windows server 2012 R2 at remote sites

windows XP OS client. Followed up with capital one users and answered any how to questions, they
