Bulletin Constructions Service was founded Philips Bamidele since 2003, after accumulating experience
more than a decade of experience as a general constructor a decision of starting the function of BCS.
Philips Bamidele with his members have an aim of expanding the company to provide quality
construction services for commercial, industrial and residential customers. The founder worked with the
largest international construction companies and has gave compact experience. BCS is willing to expand
its reputation by handling slight and also heavy civil project to our resume in areas including earth
works, roads and large civil engineering. Based on our client’s needs, BSC embraces both design-bud-
build as well as alternative delivery methods to provide the most effective and efficient solutions for
each project. BCS has a pride in being commitment to our current employees, safety, and our
longstanding client relationship built through many years of outstanding quality and integrity.
Company Structure
Bulletin Construction Service, is a beginning company that is 100% blacked owned company. Bulletin has
an aim to recruit hands-on philosophy both on the job and in the office. By staffing every project with a
project management professional, both our firm and our clients can be assured their projects is of the
utmost importance. All of our projects have the support of the office staff with ranges from good
marketing personals, professional engineers and project management.

In-house Capabilities
As a civil engineering contractor, Bulletin Construction Service, self performs a majority of the divisions,
required to construct a treatment plan or other water conveyance and/or storage project. In addition,
most of our staff resides at Gauteng, Pretoria nonetheless not being area bound and this provides us
with competitive advantage in terms of pricing when bidding for projects in the Gauteng area.
