Deep Integration with Microsoft Outlook

CRM4Legal’s primary interface is Microsoft Outlook and all CRM
functionality is available via Outlook. CRM4Legal offers a choice
of Passive or Active sync of Outlook contacts to CRM, so firms can
decide on the right approach based on their culture of sharing.
CRM4Legal also offers Outlook-based activity tracking, allowing
Outlook email, Appointments, and Tasks to be tracked in CRM with
related contacts, companies, users, and other records.

Integration with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Skype,
and Microsoft Lync

In addition to Microsoft Outlook, CRM4Legal offers deep integration
with Office, including mail merges and dynamic Excel worksheets
and pivot tables that can be refreshed with CRM data from within
Excel. It also includes out-of-the-box integration with Microsoft
SharePoint, Microsoft Lync, and Skype.

Marketing and Business Development Tools

Opportunity, matter, referral, experience, and press management
tools are included in the base product. These tools are easily
configured to match each firm’s existing data management processes.
