Order Status and Entry Portal
 Maximizes sales reps’ efficiency using a web-based order portal to
simplify the order capture and file upload processes, as well as to
provide sample galleries, specs, and FAQs
 Splits the order process to allow a multimedia specialist/sales support
coordinator to perform campaign-based reservations, contract
generation, material vetting, customer contact and trafficking
 Allows sales reps to focus on selling

 Easy to use dashboard-style interface
• Has four sections: orders, campaigns, customers and saved searches
• Gets to anything a user needs to do in one click from the main screen
 Has a simple layout for all devices and major browsers
 Puts all items requiring attention front and center
• Displays the top most recent items for that user on the dashboard

Customized Affinity Express Portal
 Helps users manage within a team environment using
profile/group concept
 Can add and remove users to work with or to provide coverage
for vacation, etc.
 Enables access to the same ads by production assistants, sales
reps and sales managers through the group structure

Quick Creation of New Orders
 Allows users to quickly create new orders such as spec ads in
AEPortal as an entry point to production
 Contains in the user interface a re-populated list of customers based
on the sales rep (a subset of the total customer population based on
previous customers the sales rep has done business with)
 Makes the ordering process as fast as possible and keeps sales
people on the road selling

 Provides a campaign process to track related orders
 Once campaigns are created orders can be added for any media
type supported
