(Keterlibatan dengan Customer)
Sebuah proses melibatkan customer dengan berinteraksi
dengan mereka di dalam sebuah dialog dan pengalaman
untuk mendukung customer secara optimal yang
mempengaruhi keputusan mereka dalam melakukan
pembelian. Keterlibatan terdiri dari hal-hal seperti
mendengarkan, mengerti dan berinteraksi secara
individual. Dialog secara individual, dengan waktu yang
tepat, dan saluran yang tepat serta pesan yang tepat :
