Il existe des points sur lesquels les deux sujets semblent en effet s’opposer mais en réalité, la combinaison des deux est un facteur de réussite. En prenant un cas d’usage réel, nous verrons comment l’agilité peut être une solution adaptée et efficace pour les projets d’IA. On pourrait penser que l’agilité ne convient pas aux projets & produits d’IA, mais nous vous démontrerons le contraire. Pour appuyer ce grand chantier, un programme de transformation “Move 2 Cloud” a été mis en place afin d’innover sur les méthodes de travail et les nouvelles technologies à mettre en place. Ce programme, composé d’une centaine de personnes et déployé sur 11 datacenters régionaux dans le monde, est organisé en 3 grands streams dont un stream dédié à l’accompagnement de la transformation. Il ne suffit pas d’adopter des pratiques dites agiles pour s’adapter. Il faut d’abord pouvoir s’appuyer sur les connaissances acquises et s’ouvrir à des apprentissages nouveaux avec d’autant plus d’intensité que la diversité des situations augmente dans notre monde dit VUCA. Il est donc nécessaire de travailler la flexibilité et surtout l’agilité face aux différents changements. Les travaux sur les neurosciences donnent des éclairages puissants sur ces aptitudes individuelles à développer. L’entrainement est indispensable pour en faire une compétence. Tout cela sera illustré par un retour d’expérience chez Thales sur la définition de conditions d’apprentissages et leur mise en place pour que chaque collaborateur puisse expérimenter. Ces conditions crées et soignées au niveau individuel, puis lors du passage à une petite équipe, puis à une entité plus conséquente jusqu’à un niveau organisation ont été acquises au travers des interactions par héritage.
