 Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, monthly and Quarterly Separate & Consolation

and present it to Members of the Board of Directors.
 Manage restructuring, Handling and Monitoring the business performance for Non
ADIB Subsidiaries from the finance aspect, for rescuing the company from
