Position: Divisional Manager – Water Systems Division
Reporting to General Manager
Job responsibilities:
Conduct research on regional market and business activity. Identify potential new
customers, channels and partnering opportunities.
Develop plans and set goals to ensure continued sales and account growth and take
action necessary to capture opportunities.
Coordinate sales efforts with other departments involved in providing sales and
service to the customer including; Finance, Marketing, Customer Support, Technical
Support, Operations, Engineering and other pertinent departments.
Effectively communicate and maintain relationships with regional sales team of the
manufacturers in order to capture opportunities and service the customer across all
channels and products.
Manage all aspects of the customer relationship through providing options and
solutions that match customer requirements, ensure his satisfaction with delivered full
products portfolio.
Create and build strong relationships with key customer influencers at all levels of
their organization by providing sales, marketing and technical support. Communicating
frequently through all channels and providing guidance that will help our customers be
successful with our products and services.
Managing sales team and application team to maintain the technical knowledge of the
products as well as discount levels, freight and terms while maintaining acceptable
margins to secure sales orders across the full products line to meet goals.
Manage all aspects of Water Systems division including sales team, application team,
services & after market, assembly workshop and logistics.
Provide appropriate support to the application team and external sales force to
increase their products awareness & acknowledgement against our competitors.
Managing and developing relationships with all suppliers.
Prepare the annual budget for the division including inventory, recruitment and all
other expenses as well as determine the annual sales target for the division and per
salesman.
Prepare forecast on monthly basis per each salesman for each product.
Monitor & evaluate performance of sales team to maintain sales figures.
Monitor & evaluate the sales volume for each product to find out weaknesses and
strengths to be discussed with our partners.
Increase the annual revenue of the division by 30% more compared by the previous
years with keeping same sales team members and same partners.
Succeed in presenting new products from existing partners into the market which
achieved a substantial sales volume in less than 6 months.
Plan, organize and present development plan for the division which can be executed
during 3 years for achieving growth by 75% more.
Work closely with the manufacturers, sales team and management on the challenges
& strengths to achieve better market share.

(1) KSB Pumps Arabia Ltd is a joint venture between Luxembourg’s KSB
Finanz S.A. and Abunayyan Trading Co. KSB PA is responsible for handling
business of water, wastewater, building services and industry. KSB PA’s main
activity consists of manufacturing & assembling pumps as well as boosters
and complete systems, distributing and after sales services for all various
applications such as water supply, water treatment plants, firefighting,
drainage, sewage, agricultural, industrial, water and wastewater projects.
Position / Career responsibilities:
Position Title: Senior Sales Engineer – Sales Lead of Central Region.
Reporting to Senior Manager-Water & Wastewater projects
Responsible for developing sales as well as relationships with existing
customers via meetings, telephone calls and e-mails. Searching for
new clients who might benefit from company products or services
and maximizing customer potential in designated regions.
Prospecting, sourcing, and proposing comprehensive service solutions
for managing and interpreting customer requirements, speaking with
clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product
meets client needs; solving client problems such as study technical
specification of projects, study the hydraulic data in order to specify
the suitable required pumps and make complete hydraulic study for
customer.
Provide Consultancy firms technical information and design tools to
be update with all new products as marketing tool as well as the end
users like SWCC, NWC and MOEW.
Study inquiries and required technical specification, reviewing
technical offer, preparing quotations for tenders as well as on hand
projects strictly under the guidelines of company margin policy and
follow up these for negotiation then closure.
Make forecast of the expected sales amount of orders intake in
quarter basis, preparing reports for sales manager, meeting regular
sales targets.
Recording and maintaining clients contact data, making market study.
Coordinating the sales team by guide, coordinate and support all sales
members in negotiation & closure stages to get orders as such as find
new customers and new projects.
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical
experts.
(2) COMET FOR TRADING & ENGINEERING WORKS:
COMET is the sole agent of KSB AG pumps & valves in Egypt for industry,
building services, water and waste water segments. It is one of the leading
contractors, service providers and turnkey suppliers for water, wastewater
and petrochemical projects in Egypt.

(3) SCHAEFFLER GROUP IND:
Schaeffler Group is a German manufacturer for high-precision components and
systems in engine, transmission, and chassis applications as well as rolling and
plain bearing solutions (FAG & INA) for a large number of industrial applications.
Worked for the delegation office in Egypt which is responsible for following up

KSB PA is responsible for handling business of water, wastewater, building services and industry. KSB PA’s main activity consists of manufacturing & assembling pumps as well as boosters and complete systems, distributing and after sales services for all various applications such as water supply, water treatment plants, firefighting, drainage, sewage, agricultural, industrial, water and wastewater projects. Position / Career responsibilities: Position Title: Senior Sales Engineer – Sales Lead of Central Region. Reporting to Senior Manager-Water & Wastewater projects Responsible for developing sales as well as relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and e-mails. Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions.
