Major Achievements
Personal Achievements:
I have achieved the PMP certification and started to apply its tools
and techniques in all my tasks.
Gained a deep understanding of building codes and standards.
Problem Solving for technical issues; There was a problem on site
in fixing the smoke curtains after fixing the firefighting items in
false ceiling, they decided to remove all the firefighting
installations, so I made a full model to the levels of the trays and
the fixtures to restudy the possibility of having a new level to fix
smoke curtains and got approval for the model with the new level
from the consultant which saved a lot of cost & time of removing
and fixing all the firefighting installations.
Team Achievements:
I have initiated the using of REVIT application by my team
members after organizing learning sessions through certified
instructors of REVIT. Then SBG-ABCD established a new
department for BIM that was based on some of my team
members
Project Achievements;
We were behind of schedule and our doors’ subcontractor was
buying the gold plated metal sheets from outside KSA, instead of
exporting the sheets I found another supplier for metal sheets
and the gold plating process was done in one of our factories
which lead to reduce the cost by 60% and saved time by 50%.
Company Achievements:
Establishment of the engineering department processes KPIs as
part of the company's QMS initiatives which leads SBG-ABCD to
achieve the ISO certification.
Created innovative database for suppliers and subcontractors to
be included in the company’s OPA.
Set many training courses/awareness sessions in coordination
with development department for almost all of the company’s
employees such as: Revit, Project Management Professional
(PMP), Facility Management Professional (FMP), Quality
Management System (QMS).
