DOCTOR’S KIT  The project on “HEALTH CARE APPLICATION” named “DOCTOR’S KIT” has been developed using HTML as front-end and PHP as the back-end.  HEALTH CARE APPLICATION is a software which is helpful for operators, who wants to operate health care service through homeopathy treatment . MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT  The main objective of the project is to provide users with a platform for free Homeopathic medical prescription of common Respiratory Disease, some emergency Helpline numbers and an easy and simple links for purchasing medicines online and getting it delivered at their home, all in one convenient place.  This project report provides all the detail view of website DOCTOR’S KIT. This project contains the whole programing of the website, ER- diagram, data flow diagram, scope of the project, database detail and data structure with backend and frontend tool.  We have tried our best to show the complete software engineering applied int his project.
