The status of JESUS CHRIST in ISLAM

2. JESUS - HIS STATUS
We muslims believe, that Jesus was one of the mightiest messengers
of God, that he was the Christ, that he was born miraculously -
without any male intervention (which many modern-day christians
do not believe today), that he gave life to the dead by God's
Permission, and that he healed those born blind and the lepers by
God's permission. In fact no muslim is a muslim if he does not
believe in Jesus!
The Christian does not know that the true spirit of charity which
the Muslim displays, always, towards Jesus and his mother Mary
springs from the fountainhead of his faith - the Noble Qur’an. He
does not know that the Muslim does not take the holy name of
Jesus, in his own language, without saying Eesa alai-hiss-salaam
(Jesus, peace be upon him). Every time the Muslim mentions the
name Jesus (pbuh) without these words of respect, he would be
considered disrespectful, uncouth or barbaric. The Christian does
not know that in the Holy Qur’an Jesus (pbuh) is mentioned by
name five times (5 x) more than the number of times the prophet of
Islam is mentioned in the Qur’an. In this small brochure we would
like to present some statements the Qur’an speaks about Jesus
Christ and his mother Mary in order to remove the misconception
that we Muslims are anti-Christ. In fact the Qur’an has placed Jesus
Christ and his mother on a high degree of honour and respect.
THE MIRACULOUS BIRTH OF JESUS CHRIST
created Him from dust; then He said to him, "Be," and he was.

be the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary - distinguished in this
maturity and will be of the righteous." She said, "My Lord,
decrees a matter, He only says to it, 'Be,' and it is. (3:45 -47)

3. JESUS WAS AN APOSTLE OF ALLAH AND HIS WORD -
SAY NOT "THREE"
The Messiah 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), was (no more

4. JESUS TOO WORSHIPPED ALLAH
