to voice data collection units. Worked on enhancements and debugging of
software for existing customers in VB 6 & 7(.NET). Interaction with customers
thru conference calls and email. Added messaging to data collection software in

Development of utilities in VB 8 (.NET) for in house use by customer
support group. One tool reads data structures from source code and parses
import files accordingly to display data in a grid and displays same data from MS-
SQL database in other grids to help tester verify data is being imported properly.
Another tool reads “task” files for terminals to allow user to step thru logic of the
task. For use with DLL type programs a utility will insert debugging information to
generate line by line details when an error occurs. Created software
enhancement/bug report tracking software in ASP.

drawings or email attachments or links and may include Zip files. System

is to archive, document and move files to/from FTP locations to pickup directories
for Gentran. Viewer creates HTML pages on the fly to show information in
browser control. Created other utilities for Outsourcing department. Trained in

stations. Data is accessed from MS SQL 7.0, PeopleSoft, inhouse Luas and

several manufacturing locations. Project includes job forecasting, employee
relations, auto/on-demand report generators. Also, development of web server

production control and tracking. This network could connect bar code printers,
scanners and wands as well as terminals and scales. Program development for
label design software with on-screen graphics showed label text, bar-codes or
logos as they would appear on the actual label. Supported numerous brands of
thermal printers. Custom applications. Used Basic, FORTH, C++, dBase, Rbase,
FoxPro and Assembler. Provided telephone support for the packages as well as
in-house training sessions.
