Possible variations of values: (DDR3 2GBit, NAND 2Gbit, SPIF 8Mbit); (DDR3 2GBit, NAND 2Gbit); (DDR3 2GBit, NAND 4Gbit, SPIF 8Mbit); (DDR3 2GBit, NAND 4Gbit); ... (DDR3 4GBit, NAND 16Gbit, SPIF 8Mbit); (DDR3 4GBit, NAND 16Gbit); DDR3 2Gbit = K4B2G1646E; DDR3 4Gbit = K4B4G1646B; NAND 2Gbit = K9F2G08U0C (on request) (4) ; NAND 4Gbit = K9F4G08U0D(on request) (4) ; NAND 8Gbit = K9K8G08U0D(on request) (4) ; NAND 16Gbit = K9WAG08U0D(on request) (4) ; SPIF 8Mbit = M25PE80; (3) - the basic configuration of the module includes DDR3 2Gbit, NAND FLASH 2Gbit and SPIF 8MBit. To refer to the basic configuration is not necessary to add the postfix "6". Thus, MTAX- SOM-AM3352-IN80 is equivalent to MTAX-SOM-AM3352-IN80 (DDR3 2GBit, NAND 2Gbit, SPIF 8Mbit). (4) - due to the confidentiality of information, the documentation will be sent on request. By default, Embedded Linux OS has been programmed to run in the module.
