Results-based awards and commendations (FY2011 – FY2016)
Met every semi- and annual performance based compensation (PBC) award, meeting and exceeding every competency
target. No negative performance reviews from GAO management. Received last PBC in March 2016. Also, received other
merit awards annually and met CPE professional auditing requirements.
GAO Results through Teamwork award, Comptroller General/Executive committee recognition for “planning and
implementation of an enterprise criteria tool” for use in teams at the agency to conduct performance and financial audits.
GAO Team Excellence award, as a result of a financial accomplishment (benefit) of $309,157,190 funding reduction. Inclusion
as having met 3 information technology-centric performance goals from the GAO strategic plan.
