1.DUE TO ITS COOLING
PROPERTIES, ALOE VERA IS
PERFECT FOR SUNBURN
• Aloe vera is most commonly
used as a topical
medication, rubbed onto
the skin rather than eaten.
• It has long been known as a
treatment for sores,
particularly burns, including
sunburns.
2.PROVIDES PAIN RELIEF
• Aloe vera’s anti-inflammatory
and analgesic qualities may
be helpful in relieving muscle
and tendon pain. The gel is
sometimes used topically in
sports medicine to soothe
achy muscles, but taken
orally, the anti-inflammatory
ingredients may also help
with pain.
3.RELIEVES ARTHRITIS PAIN
• Arthritis is a chronic
condition in which joints are
inflamed causing pain and
stiffness. Aloe vera contains
several enzymes and amino
acids that are known to have
anti-inflammatory qualities.
Evidence is limited, but some
people take aloe vera gel
orally to ease the pain of
arthritis
4. IT'S NUTRIENT RICH FOR
GOOD HEALTH.
• This solid material contains
over 75 different nutrients
including vitamins, minerals,
enzymes, sugars,
anthraquinones or phenolic
compounds, lignin,
saponins, sterols, amino
acids and salicylic acid.
5.REDUCE BLOOD
PRESSURE.
• Aloe may also benefit heart
health by lowering blood
pressure. When people took 100
mg of aloe vera gel powder for
three months, they saw
significant drops in blood
pressure. Systolic blood pressure
decreased from an average of
140.1 mmHg to an average of
129.8 mmHg, and diastolic blood
pressure decreased from 88.6
mmHg to 83.6 mmHg
6.MAKEUP REMOVER -
• Nature provides the answer to
safely removing your eye makeup
and gentle for the delicate skin
around your eyes. Aloe is a perfect
alternative to oil based removers,
plus you know exactly what
ingredients being applied on your
skin. Refrigerated Aloe Vera Gel
soaked in cotton balls also provide
a great compress for tired, puffy
eyes.
•
7.AS A SHAVING CREAM
• In-the-know beauty buffs
swear by pure aloe as the
perfect shaving cream: It’s
antibacterial, which is great
for nicks; it’s slippery,
allowing for a nice close
shave; and it moisturizes, too.
You can use it on its own, or
combine with other
nourishing ingredients for a
more luxe (but still DIY)
product.
8.AS A PERSONAL HAND
SANITIZER
• Sick of your hand sanitizer
drying out your hands? Mix
1/2 cup aloe vera gel, 1/4 cup
alcohol, and 20 drops of your
favorite essential oil and pour
into a spritz bottle. “The
alcohol fights germs while
the aloe soothes your skin,”
says Katz. To use, spritz once
and rub between hands
9.FOR DRY, CRACKED FEET
• Petra Strand, creator of Pixi
Beauty, incorporates this ultimate
green beauty ingredient into a
foot mask that makes dry,
cracked feet baby soft. Mix
together 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2
cup corn meal, 4 Tbsp aloe vera
gel, and 1/2 cup unscented body
lotion and rub all over tired feet
until well exfoliated. Sit for 10
minutes, then rinse with warm
water. (Check out more secrets
for pretty feet all year round.)
10. AS AN EYEBROW GEL
• We love a strong brow (step away
from those tweezers!) but tidiness
is key. Dip a clean mascara wand in
some aloe vera gel and sweep over
stray brows for serious stay-put
power without getting hard or
sticky.
• And if you did go overboard with
the tweezing, Hejl swears by this
recipe: “Mix one part aloe gel with
one part castor oil. It seems to help
over-plucked eyebrows grow in
faster.”
11. AS AN EXFOLIATOR
• It’s not the most pleasant part of
grooming, but exfoliation is
important if you want to reveal
glowing, fresh skin. Aloe is a great
base for a homemade scrub
because it helps soften your skin
and supply oxygen to your cells,
strengthening the tissue to create
vibrant skin, says Pekar. Mix 1/2
cup of aloe with just enough brown
sugar or baking soda to get a gritty
(but not sharp) texture. Then rub it
on your elbows, heels, arms, or
wherever else needs softening in
the shower.
12.AS A FACE WASH
• Is there anything it can’t do? Mix
1 Tbsp aloe vera gel with 1 tsp
almond milk, and 1 tsp lemon,
wash and let sit for a few minutes
before rinsing. Since some
minerals found in aloe are
antibacterial, this face wash is
ideal for sensitive skin,
breakouts, and rosacea, says
Pekar. Need an anti-aging boost?
Mix 1 Tbsp aloe with 1 tsp 100%
raw organic coconut oil, massage
into hands until the contents are
warm, then wash and rinse.
13.FOR BAD BREATH
• Come a little closer…no, actually—
don’t. When bad breath hits, drink
up to 1/4 cup pure aloe vera gel
dissolved in a 1/2 cup of water or
apple juice, suggests herbalist
Letha Hadady, author of Healthy
Beauty. Aloe vera contains an anti-
inflammatory compound called B-
sitosterol that soothes acid
indigestion, a common cause of
bad breath. But resist the urge to
chug; in large doses, aloe vera can
work like a laxative.
14.WRINKLE REPAIR -
• Skin loves Vitamins C and E
which are present in Aloe,
helping to improve skins
firmness and keep it hydrated.
Combining virgincoconut oil can
make a creamier way to
supplement nutrients, essential
fats and moisture. Aloe Vera gel
penetrates skin almost four times
faster than water, and its super
emollient qualities help it
moisturize the under layers of
skin.
15.TREATS ULCERS
• Doctors have long
recognized Aloe Vera’s ability
to help alleviate the
symptoms of peptic ulcers.
While it is no substitute for
visiting a medical doctor, it’s
important to note that the
anti-inflammatory and
healing properties of Aloe
Vera were used to treat ulcers
long before doctors had
prescription solutions
16.ALCOHOL-INDUCED LIVER
DISEASE
• Preliminary studies suggest
that aloe vera extract may
help mitigate the effects of
alcohol-induced liver
damage.
17.HERPES CONDITIONS
• Preliminary evidence
suggests that aloe gel may
improve symptoms of genital
herpes and certain skin
conditions such as psoriasis.
One study found that aloe
vera gel displayed anti-
inflammatory effects superior
to 1% hydrocortisone cream
or a placebo gel
18.IT WILL ALKALIZE YOUR
BODY
• Today we consume a lot of
acidic foods which obviously
help the diseases to manifest
themselves very easily. If you
want to stay away from these
matters, then you should take
aloe Vera and make it a part
of your routine and create an
alkaline environment of your
internal.
19.ALOE VERA IS AN
ADAPTOGEN:
• Adaptogen is the thing that can
help the body in many ways by
boosting its resistance and its
ability to ward off illnesses. Aloe
Vera is also one of such things
which resist the diseases that are
coming from the external
sources. There are many other
advantages that are served by
aloe Vera and that can make us
resist so many diseases
20. ALOE VERA FOR SCRUB
• Take some aloe vera, a
pinch of turmeric, a
teaspoon of honey, a
teaspoon of milk and a few
drops of rose water. Blend
this mix till you get a paste.
Apply it and leave in for
about 20 minutes or so.
21.ECZEMA
• Many Aloe Vera users suffering
from eczema have also reported
that their symptoms reduced,
with smoother and softer skin. It
is not surprising that Dr Peter
Atherton—a leading authority on
Aloe Vera and a research Fellow
at Oxford University studying the
medicinal effects of Aloe Vera—
supports the claims that Aloe
Vera can treat damaged
eczematous skin.
22.SEBORRHEA
• This is a fairly common skin
condition, leading to oily, red,
and scaly eruptions in areas such
as the eyebrows, eyelids, nose,
ear, upper lip, chest, groin, and
chin. A double-blind, placebo-
controlled study of 44 individuals
found that four to six weeks of
treatment with aloe ointment
could significantly reduce
symptoms of seborrhea.
23. HELPS YOU TREAT BURNS
LIKE GREASE SPLATTERS
• Aloe vera is most commonly
used as a topical
medication, rubbed onto
the skin rather than eaten.
• It has long been known as a
treatment for sores,
particularly burns, including
sunburns.
24. IT ACTS AS A
MOISTURIZER.
•
• Aloe moisturizes the skin without
giving it a greasy feel, so it`s
perfect for anyone with an oily skin
complexion. For women who use
mineral-based make-up, aloe vera
acts as a moisturizer and is great
for the face prior to the application
to prevents skin drying. For men:
Aloe vera gel can be used as an
aftershave treatment as its healing
properties can treat small cuts
caused by shaving.
25.ALOE VERA FOR
SENSITIVE SKIN
• Grab some aloe vera gel,
cucumber juice, yoghurt
and rose oil and blend them
to a paste. Apply and leave
for around 20 minutes, then
rinse it off.
26. IT LESSENS THE VISIBILITY
OF STRETCH MARKS.
• The skin is like one big
piece of elastic that’ll
expand and contract as
needed to accommodate
growth. But if the skin
stretches too far, too fast
(due to pregnancy, rapid
weight gain or loss) the
elasticity of the skin can be
damaged.
27. IT SOOTHES IN
PERIODONTAL DISEASE.
• It reduces bleeding,
inflammation and swelling of
the gums. It is a powerful
antiseptic in pockets where
normal cleaning is difficult,
and its antifungal properties
help greatly in the problem
of denture stomatitis,
apthous ulcers, cracked and
split corners of the mouth.
28. STABILIZES BLOOD SUGAR
• If you are struggling with
diabetes, this liquid can
regulate your blood
sugar. Three compounds in
it help provide this benefit:
• Lectins
• Mannans
• Anthraquinones
29. HYDRATES YOUR BODY
30 . CURES YOUR GUMS
• Did you know that countless
benefits of this juice extend
even to the area of your
mouth? Its ability to reduce
the inflammation and
eliminate harmful bacteria
also apply to your gums.
• There is even evidence to
show that aloe plant can help
reduce bleeding of your
gums and even cure ulcers!
31. PREVENTS PREMATURE
AGING AND APPEARANCE OF
WRINKLES
• There is some preliminary
evidence that topical Aloe
vera gel can slow aging of
the skin.
32 . ALOE VERA FOR BEAUTY
• Bill C. Coats writes, "Since
the skin needs nutrition of
its own, Aloe Vera, when
formulated into a properly
designed personal care
regimen, can treat, exfoliate,
restore, reveal and provide
constant, impressive
nutrition to the human
skin."
33. FIGHTS ACNE
• Take some aloe vera gel,
blended walnuts with a
flour like consistency and
honey. Aloe vera's healing
properties coupled with
the anti-oxidants from
honey will leave you with
smooth and clear skin.
34.ALOE VERA ENDS ACID
REFLUX DISEASE
•
Acid reflux isn't really a disease.
The drug companies just call it that
to convince everyone that they
need to take medications to ease
the symptoms. But in reality, all you
probably need is aloe vera. Drink
aloe vera gel on a regular basis,
and your heartburn symptoms will
usually vanish within a few days. Of
course, it would also help if you'd
stop eating fried foods and
processed foods.
35.ALOE VERA HEALS
RADIATION BURNS FROM
RADIATION CANCER
TREATMENTS
•
For those cancer treatment victims who
have been maimed by radiotherapy
treatments (which don't cure cancer, by
the way: the treatments are largely a
medical hoax), applying aloe vera
topically to the radiation area will
rapidly accelerate the healing response.
Consuming aloe vera internally will also
help heal radiation burns. Of course, it's
smarter to avoid radiation in the first
place, since the procedure
actually causes cancer just like
mammograms do.
36. WOUND CARE
• Aloe vera gel is extremely effective in
wound care. Large chunks of aloe vera
gel can literally be packed inside
wounds such as gunshot wounds or
tissue tears. Placed directly on or in the
wound, it kills bacteria, prevents
infection and actually nourishes the
traumatized tissues while sealing the
wound against outside infection.
Nothing beats aloe for emergency
trauma medicine. If the U.S. military had
any sense, they'd be carrying aloe vera
leaves around to treat soldiers suffering
from shrapnel wounds and explosion
burns.
37 . TREAT ULCERATIVE
COLITIS
• . Because of its anti-
inflammatory and wound
healing properties, aloe is
also helpful for those with
the inflammatory bowel
disease ulcerative colitis. It
is known to help decrease
compounds implicated in
the disease called
prostaglandins and
interleukins.
38.. IMPROVES YOUR HAIR
GROWTH
• It may also help if you apply
this liquid directly to your
scalp. There are two things
that it does:
• Clears dead skin clogging
your pores.
• Removes sebum which can
lead to baldness.
39.. AMAZING SUPER FOOD
YOU NEED TO HAVE
• Aloe vera juice has become the
new super-food in the health
food industry. Very few natural
liquids have such a long list of
benefits that this one has.
• However, you always need to
choose a product that is all
natural, cold pressed, not
pasteurized and was not made
from concentrate. Additionally,
you should stay away from
brands that use dangerous
preservatives.
40. RELIEVE SYMPTOMS OF
PSORIASIS.
• Aloe is at least effective as
a prescription cream
(triamcinolone acetonid)
in improving psoriasis
symptoms.[11] It works well
applied directly to psoriasis
patches to help find relief
from rashes, dryness,
itchiness, and more.
41. ALOE VERA ALSO ACTS AS A
VERMIFUGE:
• Yes, I know this is a new term for
you. I will elaborate the meaning of
it to you so that you probably
understand the utility of it.
Sometimes it happens that
intestine gets infected with worms
which can end up in a lot of
troubles. Having worms inside
intestine is a dangerous thing. Aloe
Vera acting as vermifuge means
that it helps in getting rid of all
these silently breeding intestinal
worms that can harm in any way.
42. ALOE VERA BODY
CLEANSING JUICE
• The juice is said to be one of the finest
body cleansers, cleaning morbid matter
from the stomach, liver, kidneys, spleen,
bladder, and is considered the finest,
known colon cleanser. Studies have shown
that it is healing and soothing in the relief
of indigestion, stomach distress and ulcers.
People claim relief from arthritis, bladder
and kidney infections; leg cramps,
constipation, hemorrhoids, insomnia, and
for vaginitis, it is said to be an excellent
vaginal douche. An excellent internal tonic
for energy and well being Aloe juice may
add greatly to the strength of the food fed,
digestive tract, skin, and overall good
health and happiness.
43. LIGHTEN SKIN FAST
• Does aloe vera lighten skin?
Mankind has known for a
longer period of time that
aloe vera is good for
lightening of the skin. It’s
argued that Cleopatra who is
known for her amazing and
attractive beauty actually also
used aloe vera to make her
skin glow and lighten.
44. PROMOTES HAIR GROWTH
BY MASSAGING THE SCALP
WITH THE ALOE VERA GEL• Aloe vera contains something called
proteolytic enzymes which repairs dead
skin cells on the scalp. It also acts as a great
conditioner and leaves your hair all smooth
and shiny. It promotes hair growth,
prevents itching on the scalp, reduces
dandruff and conditions yourhair. Diane
Gage, author of Aloe Vera: Nature's
Soothing Healer says, "Keratin, the primary
protein of hair, consists of amino acids,
oxygen, carbon, and small amounts of
hydrogen, nitrogen, and sulphur. Aloe vera
has a chemical make up similar to that of
keratin and it rejuvenates the hair with its
own nutrients, giving it more elasticity and
preventing breakage."
45. ALOE VERA AND HDL
CHOLESTEROL
• HDL, also known as high-density
lipoprotein or “good” cholesterol is one
of the two kinds of cholesterol in your
blood. The sentiment is typically that
the higher your HDL levels are, the
better your health because HDL
cholesterol travels through your blood
collecting unused LDL (low-density
lipoprotein – “bad” cholesterol)
molecules before they become
damaged by free radicals. These unused
LDL molecules can damage arteries and
ultimately harm your heart. Cutting
them off at the pass helps protect your
heart before there’s an issue.
46. REMOVES DANDRUFF
• – mix wheat germ oil,
coconut oil and aloe vera
juice. Massage and rinse
47. ULCERS AND
INFLAMMATION OF THE
GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT
• Aloe vera preparations are
widely promoted for the
treatment of
gastrointestinal disorders,
including ulcers and
inflammatory bowel
disease, but evidence of
their effectiveness is
inconsistent
48. METASTATIC CANCER
• The concomitant oral
administration of 1 mL twice
a day of Aloe vera tincture
(10% Aloe vera and 90%
alcohol) and 20 mg/day of
melatonin compared to
melatonin alone was studied
in 50 patients with locally
advanced or metastatic solid
tumors for whom no other
effective standard therapy
was available.
49. RELIEVES INDIGESTION BY
DRINKING ALOE VERA JUICE
• Poor digestion is related to many
diseases. A properly functioning
digestive tract is one of the keys
and foundations of health. Aloe is
known to soothe and cleanse the
digestive tract and help improve
digestion. The interesting thing
about taking aloe internally is that,
because it is an adaptogen, it helps
with either constipation or
diarrhea, helping to regulate your
elimination cycles in whatever way
you need.
50. USE IT FOR SKIN
EXFOLIATING TO MAKE THE SKIN
YOUNG AND SILKY- MIX 2 TBSP.
OF ORGANIC BROWN SUGAR, 1
TSP. LEMON JUICE, 2 TBSP. OF
ALOE VERA AND MASSAGE YOUR
FACE
51. DERMATOLOGICAL
CONDITIONS
• Results of a number of clinical trials
suggest that Aloe vera is positively
indicated in the treatment of skin
disorders. A trial of wound healing
management after the full-faced
dermabrasion of patients with acne
vulgaris demonstrated that the
saturation of a standard
polyethylene wound gel dressing
with Aloe vera significantly reduced
time to reepithelization compared
to use of the standard dressing
alone
52. SNAKE BITE
• Reduces itching and
speeds up healing of stings
and insect bites
53. LAXATIVE
• Aloe vera latex is commonly
used in the treatment of
constipation ; the laxative
effect of the anthraquinone
glycosides found in Aloe
veralatex is well established
54. HELPS REDUCE
DISCOMFORT IN THE BOWELS
• It’s been a great remedy for
people with problems such as
irritable bowel syndrome as
well as acid reflux. Aloe also
helps to decrease the amount
of unfriendly bacteria and in
our gut keeping your healthy
intestinal flora in balance.
Aloe is also a vermifuge,
which means it helps to rid
the body of intestinal worms.
55. DRINK ALOE VERA TO
LOWER BLOOD SUGAR
• By regulating blood
pressure, improving
circulation and oxidation of
the blood, lowering
cholesterol, and making
blood less sticky, aloe vera
juice may be able to help
lower the risk of heart
disease.
56. SURGICAL WOUND
HEALING
• Aloe vera has been reported
to accelerate postoperative
wound healing in
periodontal flap surgery
57. DRINK ALOE VERA TO
REDUCE TRIGLYCERIDES FOR
IMPROVED HEART HEALTH• Gastroesophageal reflux disease
(GERD) is a digestive disorder
that often results in symptoms
including heartburn. A
recent review explains that
consuming 1 to 3 onces of aloe
gel at mealtimes could reduce
the severity of GERD and other
digestion-related problems. The
plant’s low toxicity makes it a
safe and gentle remedy.
58. LOWER HIGH
CHOLESTROL
• Aloe vera juice includes a
substance that is called beta
(β) sitosterol. Medical
studies have shown that
it can bring high cholesterol
levels in your blood under
control.
59. ALOE VERA AND
TRIGLYCERIDES
• Triglyceride levels under 150
mg/dL are considered
normal, with 200 mg/dL
considered high. Anything
from 150 – 199 mg/dL is
borderline high and anything
about 500 mg/dL is extremely
high. Some research has
shown aloe vera to be good
nutrition for encouraging
normal LDL cholesterol and
triglyceride levels.
60. ALOE HELPS REDUCE
INFLAMMATION
• Aloe Vera contains 12
substances, including B-
sisterole, which can help to
slow down or inhibit
inflammation. This may be
able to help with painful
joints due to stiffness and
help improve joint flexibility.
61. PROMOTES YOUR IMMUNE
SYSTEM
• Aloe is also an immune enhancer
because of its high level of anti-
oxidants, which help combat the
unstable compounds known as
free-radicals, contributing to the
aging process. (Free radicals are a
bi-product of life itself, it is a
naturally occurring process but we
can overload ourselves with
unnecessary free-radicals by living
an unhealthy lifestyle). Aloe is also
an antipyretic which means it used
to reduce or prevent fever.
62. IMPROVES MOUTH HEALTH-
USE IT AS TOOTHPASTE OR
TAKE IT ORALLY
• Tooth decay and diseases of
the gum are very common
health problems.
• One of the best ways to
prevent this from
happening is to reduce the
buildup of plaque (bacterial
biofilms) on the teeth.
67. BOOSTS YOUR VITAMIN &
MINERAL INTAKE
• Did you know that this juice is a
rich mixture of vitamins and
minerals? Very few drinks or
foods can boast such large
amounts of vitamins (A, B1, B2,
B3, B6, B12, C, E); folic acid;
and choline.
• Moreover, it has over twenty
different minerals. For example,
there is calcium, sodium,
potassium, selenium, and iron.
68 . ESSENTIAL AMINO
ACIDS.
• Another reason for vegans
and vegetarians to get more
aloe in their diets is the
protein content of the gel.
Meat and dairy contain all of
the essential amino acids,
those building blocks of
proteins that we cannot make
ourselves and must get
through food. Most plants do
not have all of them, but aloe
is an exception.
69. VITAMINS AND
MINERALS.
• The gel of the aloe vera plant contains
several different vitamins and minerals,
including vitamins A, C, E, B1, B2, B3,
and B6. It even has vitamin B12, which is
found in very few plants. This makes
aloe a great supplement for vegans who
otherwise have a hard time getting this
vitamin from non-supplement, whole-
food sources. There are also 20 minerals
that our bodies need in aloe gel
including calcium, copper, chromium,
iron, magnesium, manganese,
potassium, selenium, and zinc.
69.BRIGHTEN MORE THAN
JUST YOUR OFFICE SPACE
• You can use aloe vera to
keep your skin clear and
hydrated. According to a
study, the plant is
particularly special because
it’s designed to live in dry,
unstable climates.
70. SUPPLEMENTING YOUR DIET
WITH ALOE VERA
• Beyond heart health, research
indicates aloe vera supports the
immune system, digestion, is
soothing, protects you from UV
and gamma radiation, among
other things. Plus, it’s rich in
antioxidants, vitamins A, C, and E
and important minerals like
selenium, potassium, magnesium
and zinc. And it offers
vegetarians and vegans an
excellent way to get 20 of the 22
amino acids the human body
needs
71. ITS CONSUMPTION AND USE
HELPS YOU LOSE WEIGHT
• Improving your digestion, and
detoxifying your body will have a
secondary effect of promoting
weight loss because when you
start to improve your digestion
you naturally eliminate more
efficiently, which is a primary way
that we all detoxify – through our
bowels. This will lighten your
toxic load on your body and will
give you more energy.
72. STEPPING UP IN THE
BATTLE AGAINST CANCER
• According to a new study,
aloe-emodin, a compound
in aloe vera leaves, could
slow down the spread of
breast cancer cells.
Researchers are currently
investigating how aloe may
play a role in other types of
cancer, as well.
73.HEALS COLD SORES
• When aloe vera gel is applied to
a cold sore a few times a day, it
eases the discomfort and helps
speed the healing process. It’s
also safe when consumed by
mouth, so there is no need to
worry about swallowing this
natural treatment. Aloe vera has
antiviral and anti-inflammatory
properties that accelerate
healing and reduce pain
associated with cold sores — or
any sores on the mouth.
74.TREATS DIABETES
• Some evidence in humans and
animals suggests that aloe vera is
able to alleviate the chronic
hyperglycemia and perturbed
lipid profile that are common
among people with diabetes and
are major risk factors for
cardiovascular complications.
This add natural diabetes cure to
the list of aloe vera benefits.
75.HELPS REMOVE TOXIC
MATERIALS FROM THE BODY
• Aloe Vera is a gelatinous plant
food, just like seaweeds and chia
seeds. The main benefit to
consuming gelatinous plant
foods in your diet is that these
gels move through the intestinal
tract absorbing toxins along the
way and get eliminated through
the colon. This will help the
proper elimination of waste from
your body and help the
detoxification of your body.
76. FIGHTS BACTERIA AND
INFLAMMATION
77.HELPS TREAT MOUTH
ULCERS (CANKER SORES)
• Many people have
experienced mouth ulcers,
or canker sores, at some
point in their lives.
• They usually form
underneath the lip, inside
the mouth, and last for
about 7-10 days.
78.REDUCE CONSTIPATION
• Aloe vera has often be used
to treat constipation.
• This time it is not the gel,
but thelatex, that provides
the benefits.
• The latex is a sticky yellow
residue found just under
the skin of the leaf.
79. LOWERS BLOOD SUGAR
LEVELS IN DIABETICS
• Aloe vera has sometimes
been used as a traditional
diabetes remedy
80.ALOE VERA AS
ANTIGENOTOXIC
• : Study showed
antigenotoxic potentials of
aloe and suggests a
potential use in prevention
of DNA damage caused by
chemical agents.
81. CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH
• There hasn’t been a lot of
studies conducted on aloe’s
effect on cardiovascular
health, but there has been
some research to show that
aloe vera extract injected into
the blood, greatly multiplies
the oxygen transportation
and diffusion capabilities of
the red blood cells
82.A LITTLE EXTRA PUSH
• . Recently, a team of
Nigerian scientists
conducted a study to
determine whether local
folklore about aloe vera was
true. Experimenting on rats,
they found that gel made
from typical aloe vera
houseplants was able to
relieve constipation.
83.AN ALTERNATIVE TO
MOUTHWASH.
• A 2014 study found aloe
vera extract to be a safe and
effective alternative to
chemical-based
mouthwashes. The plant’s
natural ingredients, which
include a healthy dose of
vitamin C, can block plaque
and also provide relief if you
have bleeding or swelling
gums.

Eighty three reasons why aloe vera is amazing for Health By Mr Allah Dad Khan Agriculture Expert Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province Pakistan

  • 3.
  • 4.
  • 5. 1.DUE TO ITS COOLING PROPERTIES, ALOE VERA IS PERFECT FOR SUNBURN • Aloe vera is most commonly used as a topical medication, rubbed onto the skin rather than eaten. • It has long been known as a treatment for sores, particularly burns, including sunburns.
  • 6. 2.PROVIDES PAIN RELIEF • Aloe vera’s anti-inflammatory and analgesic qualities may be helpful in relieving muscle and tendon pain. The gel is sometimes used topically in sports medicine to soothe achy muscles, but taken orally, the anti-inflammatory ingredients may also help with pain.
  • 7. 3.RELIEVES ARTHRITIS PAIN • Arthritis is a chronic condition in which joints are inflamed causing pain and stiffness. Aloe vera contains several enzymes and amino acids that are known to have anti-inflammatory qualities. Evidence is limited, but some people take aloe vera gel orally to ease the pain of arthritis
  • 8. 4. IT'S NUTRIENT RICH FOR GOOD HEALTH. • This solid material contains over 75 different nutrients including vitamins, minerals, enzymes, sugars, anthraquinones or phenolic compounds, lignin, saponins, sterols, amino acids and salicylic acid.
  • 9. 5.REDUCE BLOOD PRESSURE. • Aloe may also benefit heart health by lowering blood pressure. When people took 100 mg of aloe vera gel powder for three months, they saw significant drops in blood pressure. Systolic blood pressure decreased from an average of 140.1 mmHg to an average of 129.8 mmHg, and diastolic blood pressure decreased from 88.6 mmHg to 83.6 mmHg
  • 10. 6.MAKEUP REMOVER - • Nature provides the answer to safely removing your eye makeup and gentle for the delicate skin around your eyes. Aloe is a perfect alternative to oil based removers, plus you know exactly what ingredients being applied on your skin. Refrigerated Aloe Vera Gel soaked in cotton balls also provide a great compress for tired, puffy eyes. •
  • 11. 7.AS A SHAVING CREAM • In-the-know beauty buffs swear by pure aloe as the perfect shaving cream: It’s antibacterial, which is great for nicks; it’s slippery, allowing for a nice close shave; and it moisturizes, too.
