 Ensure JSA briefing & Daily TBT to all workforce before commencing the
activity
 Use of authorized & designated routes
 Only inspected Equipment/Tools must be allowed at the worksite
 Use the right tools for the right job
 Ensure safe transportation of equipment/materials at the worksite
 Avoid throwing of materials
 All of the materials to be secured while its transportation to work site
 Ensure a safe distance of piling machine from overhead structures/pipe racks
 Water sprinkling to be carried out on regular biases to avoid dust
 Take care of overhead structure/pipe racks
 Keep access/walkways always clear from any obstruction
 Stop work in case of any inclement weather conditions (rain, storm, fog etc.)
 Restrict movement of heavy vehicles/equipment in rain/fog

 Keep away all unauthorized people during movement of heavy vehicle/equipment
 Be careful of nearby live areas
 Ensure Close HSE monitoring /supervision
 Ensure proper & inspected accessories being used for drilling
 Ensure that drilling bit is properly fixed with locking pins
 Keep away during the drilling operation
 the working area should properly be barricaded

Emergency Plans. Standard PPE’s: First aid kit must be present at the worksite and the HSE personnel will be the first response in case of emergency, ERPs &
Emergency contact numbers to be in place at the job location
Review Process. After the job has been completed, JSA leader should note: any hazards, which were identified in the original JSA? In case of any new hazard
identified by any of the working team members during the job, the JSA review process should be carried on.

 Ensure proper stacking of all materials at the site
 Keep access/walkways always clear from any obstruction
 Ensure proper housekeeping of the workplace all the time
 Stop work in case of any inclement weather conditions (rain, storm, fog etc.)
 Restrict movement of heavy vehicles/equipment in rain/fog
 Ensure availability of inspected fire extinguishers at site
 Conduct proper gas test before start job
 Flame arrestor to be installed in all vehicles/equipment

4.Miscommunication between operator & signalman
5.Improper signalling during lowering of the steel cage

 Deliver TBT before commencing work
 Ensure use of inspected & colour coded hand tools & rigging accessories
 The area should be properly barricaded during lifting operations
 Ensure proper stacking of all materials at the worksite
 Maintain good housekeeping all the time
 Use of appropriate PPE’s during concrete
 Ensure use of inspected tools for the right job
 Availability of freshwater at site
4. Working at night shift hours 1.Poor visibility at night hours
2.Vehicles/equipment hit with people, equipment or
structure
3.Slip, trip & fall
 Ensure proper lighting arrangement for late-night working hours
 Careful movement of vehicles/equipment in night hours
 Place refection tapes at hard barriers, structures
 Banks men should wear high visibility reflection vests
 No working should be allowed in poor lighting conditions
 Ensure proper housekeeping to avoid tripping
