In addition to his philanthropic efforts, Alvin is also the managing director of Assertive Management Group, LLC., a privately-owned property management group helping to serve the foundation. In a similar fashion, Alvin Hope Johnson manages Empowered Services of Texas, a General Contracting firm that is used for all of the Foundation's projects. Alvin Hope Johnson is a passionate community member. He is a John Maxwell certified speaker, and loves to offer uplifting messages to others.
