preparing and cooking ingredients according to the prep list. Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary work
environment. Sanitize and prepare cooking stations. Log and discard all products as needed, to avoid waste.
June 2014 - August 2015: Inbound Retention/Telecommunications at Convergys/AT&T
Work at home-Inbound Customer Service; Gathering, entering and confirming customer information and
problems. Listening attentively to confirm an understanding and provide additional education, as needed.
Selling and upselling products, Changing/Removing calling plans and features from accounts. Retaining
customers from cancelling services. Processing payments. Troubleshooting devices, Occasionally placing
follow up calls to make sure customers needs were met on a first call resolution. Maintaining knowledge of
the latest products and services.
