5.0 EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND.
5.1 Currently I am working with the Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development
(IMED) at mikocheni kwa Warioba, Baraka Plaza Building in the capacity of project administrator
carrying various projects and administration functions;
Ensuring that projects are run in compliance with the Organization’s requirements
Providing guidance to project teams
Maintaining and integrating project plans
Tracking & reporting overall projects progress
Planning & scheduling resources for projects
Monitoring resource utilization
Conduct logistics for project related activities
Liaise with authorities on permits and other administration issues

Support research manager with transport logistics and all field administrative functions
including liaison with authorities.
Facilitate and write field report for both community discussions and focus group discussions
Support in taking relevant and useful report photos during the transect walk
Support in Identification and sampling for IDIs and FGDs.
Participate in debriefing meetings and preparations of daily field report.
INTERNSHIP AND VOLUNTEER
a) Interns at university ofDar es salaam from august 2011 to February 2012 in the office of
director investment and resources mobilization unit, reported to principal administrative

a) Certificate of Leadership and Empowerment from East Africa UONGOZI Institute
(July, 2010 - November, 2011)earned an upper class. The East African Uongozi Institute
launched East African Uongozi School in 1999 officiated by then foreign affair minister
Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete. The school aimed to prepare future East African leaders, the
selection involved the promising undergraduate’s students who demonstrated talent in
leadership and recruitment was done through a vigorous competition which involved

students from California University participated as an integral part.
b) Secretariat member in the NUFU-NOMA Regional Conference: Norwegian high
learning projects in Africa, Dar es Salaam which was held from October to November,
