13. CLIMATE CONTROLLED STORAGE
Amazing Spaces offers climate controlled storage units.
Constant temperature between 60 and 78 degrees year-round
Uses air conditioning or heating, depending on the time of the year.
Each storage space has an individual air duct to ensure the unit is maintained at
the correct temperature.
Items recommended for climate controlled storage are:

 Long-term stored items (more than 2 months)

14. NON CLIMATE CONTROLLED STORAGE
Amazing Spaces also offers non climate controlled storage that resembles
a garage.
All items currently stored in a garage or attic can be stored inside a non
climate space.
All non climate storage spaces have sealed and painted floors and
insulated ceilings.
It is recommended that all items stored in non climate storage units be
covered with non-plastic coverings.

16. STORAGE AND PACKING TIPS
Always use high-quality packing boxes like the ones offered at all of our locations.
Always fill boxes to capacity to avoid having them collapse. It is recommended to use
packing paper or peanuts.
Pack heavy items in smaller boxes for easier lifting.
Use same size boxes for easy storage.
Seal boxes completely with packing tape for added sturdiness.
Label boxes all over for easy identification.
Unplug, clean, and defrost refrigerators completely before the move.
Protect electronics by using the original packaging whenever possible. If not possible,
use bubble wrap and/or cornstarch peanuts.
Use packaging paper, bubble wrap, and/or a Pro-Pack system for dishes.
Wrap cords tightly and duct-tape them to the appliance.
Use bubble wrap and/or blankets when packing antiques to avoid scratches and
damage.

17. TIPS ON MOVING INTO YOUR STORAGE UNIT
Make sure all boxes are labeled on their sides and can be seen from the storage door.
Store all couches on end to maximize storage space.
Protect mattresses and furniture with pads and covers and store on end.
Use shelving to maximize the height inside your storage space.
Store frequently used items near the door to your space.
Leave a center aisle for easier access to all stored items.
Use same box sizes for easy stacking and to maximize storage space.
Disassemble tables and shelves and store them on their sides.
Stack chairs seats to seat with cloth or paper to separate them.
 Before storing, remove as many cushions as possible.
Never store mirrors or pictures horizontally.
 Always wrap these items with paper pads or use mirror boxes.
Clean refrigerators and freezers and leave doors slightly ajar.
 Use the space inside for more storage space.
Use all empty spaces inside furniture for additional storage.
 This will help the furniture become more stable.

is, Amazing Spaces offers great conference rooms to help you manage your business in a
professional setting without any unnecessary distractions.

To reserve the space contact the office. Down payment of half the total price is due at time of
reservation and the remainder is due on the date of the rental.

Refunds available for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance.
