Booths will be placed in the park.
Shade is not guaranteed.
NW IL Art Fest is already planning the second year and is
already attracting artists from our region. The juried fine art
show is being held outdoors at Stockton’s Memorial Park
along Hwy 20 in Stockton, IL. Stockton is east of Galena by 25
miles and will attract visitors from the Chicago area that
travel along Hwy 20.
Stockton Strong, a non-profit organization, is hosting the
event along with ARRT (All River Road Talent).
Feb. 15 - First round of applications will be
juried. Cost per booth $25
Mar. 15 - Second round of applications
will be juried. Cost per booth $35
July 1 - Third round of applications will
be juried. Cost per booth $50
After July 1, cost per booth $100
Artists will be notified within one week of
each deadline.
Check-In:
Stockton Strong Information Booth will be
located at the pavilion on the west side of the
park. Set-up times will begin Friday evening.
Detailed instructions will be sent via email
before July 1. Arriving during the set-up time
will assure you the most convenient access to
your booth.
Teardown:
Teardown is not permitted until close of the
fair! No vehicles will be allowed on the grounds
until security deems it safe to do so!
Rules
A) All artists, professional or amateur, are invited to exhibit
and sell their work. No commission charged for sales.
B) All work must be of original design and hand crafted by the
exhibiting artist. No work shall be exhibited that has been
commercialy produced or made from kits, models, patterns,
etc.
C) One medium/artist per booth with no booth sharing.
Artist must be present during fair hours.
D) All exhibitors must provide their own displays, tables,
chairs, and canopy. All storage must be contained and
concealed within the booth area.
E) Structures should be constructed to withstand gusty wind.
F) No gas powered generators allowed.
G) Exhibitors are required to collect and submit Illinois state
sales tax.
H) There are a limited number of booths with electricity.

Stockton Strong provides participants a license to use any of the
artwork for the Event for the purpose of promoting the event and
linking to the Event site. Participant grants Stockton Strong a limited
license to use artists’submitted photographs for promotional
material and on the event site.
This agreement is effective as of the date signed below and shall
remain in effective until the remainder of the event or until terminat-
ed by either party. All requests for refunds must be made in writing,
received and confirmed by the event coordinators 60 days prior to
the event. Booth space at the event is nontransferable and cannot
be refunded within 60 days of the event.
This is a juried show. Please include three photos of your work, one
display and one of your studio. If you would like these returned to you
please include a self-addressed stamped envelope. You may send them
electronically with your application to nwilartfest@yahoo.com. Entries
received without payment will not be considered.
The committee has a right to request the removal of any art not
represented in the jury images or any undesirable items.
