Allium is a multidisciplinary community whose mission is to empower
and interconnect women in the professional and personal spheres. Through
facilitating means and relations Allium enables women
to pursue their goals in life.

What we do at Allium?
Promote gender equality and women’s advancement in the working place through:
Meetings to learn and discuss issues that add value to women personal and professional life.
Discussing diverse themes that may help the personal and professional growth, such as
personal finances, work-life balance, entrepreneurship, technology, etc…
Sharing experiences, goals, tips, and ideas through three types of gatherings:
Allium Pause – Relaxed environment chats regarding interesting themes for the professional and
personal life of working women
Allium Ideas – Expert panel discussions or distinguished speakers events
Allium Circles – Tailored-made meetings with admired personalities, who share personal
experiences and provide insightful advice
