automates and facilitates the process of Food & Beverage ordering in
restaurants and hotels, and gives the customers an exceptionally joyful
experience with ease. Order@ covers all customers’ needs, and walks
with them since the moment they enter the restaurant and until they
leave with satisfaction.
Two versions of the rapid ordering Product Order@ are available, with
multi language support:
- Order@ for Waiters: This version of Order@ is intended for waiters
use in the restaurant, where customers’ interaction with Order@
product goes through waiters’ assistance.
- Order@ for Customers: This version of Order@ is intended for the
use of customers directly, and without the waiters’ assistance. Table or
room is equipped with a tablet from which the user can directly
interact with Order@ product and

8. eSelfcare (Web Applications)
An ASP.Net web applications to expose Telecommunication’s
company services online for direct access and use by its subscribers,
where they can manage their lines with ease and power. eSelfcare
integrates with Telecom backend systems to deliver high quality and
diverse services, and opens a new communication channel with
subscribers at almost zero operation cost.
eSelfcare Mobile (Mobile Applications)
Mobile applications to provide Telecom subscribers access to self-
service for managing their lines. It enriches Telecom companies
communication channels with low cost, and give the subscribers
more and easier options to control their subscription.
