2. Abstract
DeltaPower is the leading contractor of SCADA Monitoring System integrator in Oil and Gas
Industry, established in 2007 and the major Supplier and Contractor with Power & Water,
Defense, Security and Education sectors.
DeltaPower represents many world-known suppliers and contractors in Kuwait. We also
undertake specialized Electrical, Instrument & Tele- communication turnkey Contracts in
Middle East. Over the decade we are the Sub Contractor with KOC for SCADA Monitoring
system and also we are authorized with the supply, installation and maintenance of
Submersible Pumping Systems. We provide software and hardware solutions for the
monitoring and analysis of real time data in the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data
Acquisition) and DOF (DIGITAL Oilfield). We are deployed onsite and as cloud-hosted
solutions in a SaaS (Software as a Service) model. We view our clients as partners and work
collaboratively with them to achieve results they can measure.

years to become diversified contracting house with core activities in Civil, Electrical

6. Design, Supply and Installation of

Civil Works Division:
Our intention is to build up remarkable reputation in the field of the construction of Public Utilities Projects,
Power Plants, Oil & Gas Projects, and the Industrial Projects.

7. Our scope of work involves all civil works and activities related to Construction and drilling operations
like:
All activities related to the works (backfilling, compaction, rig road construction, soil replacement,
mechanical or manual excavation, dewatering, sides shoring, bund wall construction, preparation of site
offices and camps)
All activities related to concrete works of structure (shuttering, rebar fixing, concrete and grout pouring,
painting, water proofing, fair face work, finishing works)

8. Construction of road and highways basically consists of 3 phases, rough grading (or earthmoving), fine
grading (which includes sub-grade preparation) and surfacing; which can include gravel, concrete,
asphalt or any combination of the three.
Ready fabricated cabinets for rig camps
 Securing works (fencing and barricades)
 Hiring and mobilization of heavy equipments (crane, loader, compactor, grader…)

12. History
DELTA POWER HAS A CONTRACT FOR 300 PRODUCER WELLS IN NORTH WITH
SCHLUMBERGER & WEST KUWAIT WITH WOOD GROUP & CENTER LIFT
DELTA POWER is approved as Sub-Contractor with KOC for Remote Monitoring and Data
Management System, SCADA Project.
NORTH KUWAIT (Main Contractor Schlumberger)
This project involves delivering a wireless remote and control system for 30 producer
wells. There are two major components in this project.
1. The Well hardware system
2. The Software and Data Management system
 The Well Hardware System involves the following:
(a) Wellhead instrumentation
(b) Wellhead civil and infrastructure work
(c) Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) Panel
(d) Wellhead surveillance camera
(e) Wireless system that connects to the RTU panel and the camera surveillance
system
 The Software and Data Acquisition System involve the following:
(a) Total Access software Server at the collaboration Room in Ahmadi.
(b) Hardware computer servers where the Total Access reside
(c) OPC server that links the Total Access software.
(d) Data Gathering Hub (Gateway) for central wireless data communication with
the wells
Additionally, the following well site infrastructure involves the following scope of work
 Supply and erect communication pole
 Installation and hookup for:

13.  3 nos. Pressure/Temp. Transmitters on wellhead and flow line.
 Single H2S and HC gas analyzers
 Local ESD pushbutton and ESD Reset Pushbutton
 Solar system on the Communication Pole
 WIMAX radio equipment with antenna on the communication Pole.
 Instrumentation cable 100 m runs per instrument & device
 Excavate and backfill the cable trenches for instrument cables
 Run cables underground in trench with proper back-filling (100 m underground
length)
 Supply and install cable trays above ground (approx. 10 m per instrument)
 Minor tubing related work (mainly for SSV and solenoid)
WEST KUWAIT (Main Contractor Wood Group & Center lift)
This project involves delivering a wireless remote and control system for 270 producer
wells. Civil & Mechanical Work:
 Supply and erect concrete pad (3m L x 2m W x 0.5 m D) for solar systems (Only for
104 Natural Producer Wells locations)
 Excavate and backfill the cable trenches for instrument cable from wellhead area JB
to RTU, from RTU to WCSD Valve Area. (Only applicable for ESP Wells)
 Installation for Instrument stands, JB mounting stand and Electric Earthing
electrode.
Electrical & Instrumentation work:
 Installation and process hookup for (3 nos. Pressure Transmitters on wellhead and
flow line, Single H2S and HC gas and Pressure Transmitter in SSV Hydraulic or
pneumatic circuit to determine SSV open/close position.
 Tubing hookup for existing SSVs with hydraulic/Pneumatic Actuators including
addition of new solenoid valve in existing tubing/Hydraulic circuit.
 Cable hookup for all above instruments.
 Wiring and termination inside the Junction Box.

14.  Install RTU equipment on the Communication Pole.
 Install solar system on the concrete pad (only for 104 locations).
 Electrical Cable hookup in existing ESP cabinet and/or power distribution cabinet
with 3-phase supply.
 Data Cable hookup in existing ESP cabinet.
 Supply and install cable trays above ground.
 Complete Wire continuity tests, cable megger tests, power ON tests.
 Earthing cable hookup of all electronics equipment, panels,
DELTA POWER HAS A CONTRACT FOR 50 PRODUCER WELLS IN NORTH KUWAIT
WITH WEATHERFORD FOR PETROLEUM SERVICES
 Excavate trench and backfilling from Wellhead (Hazardous area) to Weatherford
EPAC II VFD approx... Trench to be excavated as per standard cable trench and
backfilling procedures.
 Supply and install 2 PVC Duct lines of size 3” x 2mm for Electrical and Instrument
cables running from Wellhead to Weatherford EPAC II VFD.
 Fabricate and install 2 stands (1 - Zenith Surface Panel and 1 – Wellhead Junction
box). Height 1.2 meter tall from ground surface. (Mounting area dimensions will be
supplied prior to fabrication).
 Install Weatherford EPAC II VFD and Zenith Surface Panel on concrete pad.
 Supply and install Electric Earthing Electrode as per KOC specification.
 Installation and Termination of:
 WIMAX radio equipment with antenna on the communication Pole.
 Instrumentation cable 100 m runs per instrument & device
o CU/XLPE/PVC/SWA/PVC 0.6/1kv 4 core (95sqmm) 415VAC HV Power
cables one from Wellhead motor to Weatherford EPAC II VFD panel and
another one from Generator to Weatherford EPAC II VFD.
o 4P x 1.5sqmm 24V LV power cable between Zenith Surface Panel and
Weatherford EPAC II VFD.

15. o 5P x 1.5sqmm 24V LV power cable between Weatherford EPAC II VFD and
Wellhead Junction box.
 Supply and install necessary cable markers, wire markers, wire labels, heat shrink
sleeve, wire lug, cable termination preps etc
 Installation and process hook up for maximum 5 instruments (dependant on well
site).
 Provide the necessary cable trays from the Wellhead Junction box to the Wellhead.
DELTA POWER HAS A CONTRACT FOR INSTALLATION AND HOOK UP INSTRUMENTS
DEVICES, EXECUTION OF GLANDING AND CABLE TERMINATION WORKS WITH AL
KHARAFI NATIONAL FOR NEW BOOSTER STATION BS-160 AT SE KUWAIT.
Installation and process hookup for the following:
 Pressure Instruments (pressure gauge up to 1 m).
 Differential pressure instrument (compression fitting type connection).
 Level Instruments ( Ultrasonic , Radar , Microwave Level Transmitter)
 Fire/Gas Detection in process areas (toxic/Flammable gas detector, Heat/flame
detector, Visual Alarm.
 Installation and Termination of more kind of electrical and instrument cables.
 Cable hookup for all above instruments.
 Fabricated and install cable trays up to 300 mm for instrument assemblies
