Change. For better or worse?
Brexit, Trump and the London bubble - as the sun begins to set on the UK property lifecycle, most tread
with caution. Yet savvy investors and creative developers are listening to the changing demographic
trends and reacting with gusto. Indeed, the demand on places to live, work and play is offering up
valuable new models. Resi build to rent, coworking, last mile delivery, serviced apartments... is this the
new normal?
The nature of UK property is shifting, for better or worse. At the British GRI, senior real estate professionals
meet to compare such thoughts, to identify likeminded partners, and to maintain a healthy pipeline of
new acquaintances.
If you enjoy keeping the company of the industry’s elite, then I’d be delighted to welcome you to 116
Pall Mall this 25th and 26th April.

Overview
A conversation amongst friends
British GRI is a get-together of senior international and European real estate investors, developers
and lenders.
Much like a conversation in your own living room, the GRI discussion format enables you to interact
with everyone in the room. Quickly find the right partners for your business, build high value
relationships, and continue the conversation afterwards.

3. Not your typical
conference
GRI meetings have no speakers and no presentations. Instead, you
have a selection of closed-door discussions where everyone can
participate. The dynamic environment allows you to engage with
your peers in an informal and collegial setting.
“GRI is not a traditional conference. They
take away all the barriers that often
prevent meaningful conversations from
happening.”

“The format at the British GRI meeting
is more enjoyable. The small groups
discussions encourage everyone to
participate openly.”

Geopolitical Economics
Navigating through a turbulent world

2016 revealed a new global liberal order with a host of geo-political risks that shook the world’s economy

and economics will shape future markets.
Philippe Dauba-Pantanacce will decipher today’s world trends – the chaos, the risk and perhaps the

London Housing and

London housing supply is at a

Is there more to the UK
