BLANKINDUSTRIES
Blank Industries began as the marketing manager, logistics manager and distributor for Cutting
Edge® Brand products. The products were a quality unlike any other competitive brand, but it was
impossible to find reliable manufacturing that could deliver our materials in a timely manner at
a great value. And so, our work to expand into manufacturing began, keeping costs low and
becoming the reliable manufacturing company that could set a higher standard for the whole
process of production, packaging, shipping, distribution and marketing.
Today, Blank Industries defines perfection in packaging, labeling, marketing and distributing
raw materials in our 22,000 sq. ft. facility in Hudson MA. Our excellence, creativity, wide range of
services and streamlined production are what set us apart from start to finish.

3. Cutting Edge® Rock Salt is an economical and
effective ice melt solution that melts at up to
15 degrees Fahrenheit. Our rock salt is a
non-magnesium product and is specially
formulated with a corrosion inhibitor to be less
corrosive than basic rock salt, while melting
ice and snow quickly. It also contains an
anti-caking agent and is coated with an
orange color indicator to ensure cost effective,
even dispersion.
Its longer shelf life and easy dispersion

proprietary formula made from a three-way
blend of sodium chloride crystals infused with
calcium chloride and potassium chloride,
creating an ice melt solution that is safer for

5. Cutting Edge® Calcium Chloride Pellets have
long been recognized as one of the most
effective agents to rapidly melt snow and ice,
even in extreme cold temperatures, up to -25
degrees Fahrenheit. Excellent as a de-icer on
asphalt and concrete, our calcium chloride
pellets are a non-magnesium product,
formulated with a corrosion inhibitor to reduce
chemical damage to your property. Cutting
Edge® Calcium Chloride Pellets quickly
separate the bond between the ice and your
property for faster, more effective removal of
ice and snow. This makes our pellets excellent
for use on roofs and concrete.
Its hydroscopic properties quickly draw
moisture to activate the pellets, becoming
