Andy ordered a tire for his car from Blackcircles.com, specifying the correct tire rating of "Y". Upon closer inspection, the tire offered had a different rating of "W", with the different rating listed in small, grey text without a warning. Luckily, Andy noticed and Blackcircles changed the order to the correct tire. However, Blackcircles must make it clearer when a tire with a different rating is offered, as using a tire with the wrong rating could invalidate insurance or be dangerous.
