This presentation focuses on the Discovery and Elicitation tasks and techniques with special attention to methods that are related to coaching. Coaching being originally part of personal development can be also used sales and in managing customer expectation. It is often defined as “form of development in which a person called a coach supports a coachee (learner or client) in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance.”.
