• Set up the Limited Liability Company, bank accounts, insurance and payroll.
• Personally designed the stores, setting their image with a color scheme that reflects the merchandise and target
market, within the Boulder Dam Hotel, outside Las Vegas, and the online clientele globally, that include Antiques, Arts
and Collectibles from the 15

century to present.
• Worked with the press, to highlight full-page articles regarding the store and collections from different estates being
sold via the online and physical stores. The stores have appeared in publications such as the BUZZ section of
VEGAS, an Internationally released, high roller coffee table magazine and coming in the February or March 2008 issue
of, Italian Vogue, by Benedetta Pignatelli.
• Designed, built and maintained the website.
• Established relationships with the print department at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Appraisers Association of
America, several well-known art dealers and auction houses internationally.
Fred Kolman Custom Woodwork and Designs 2002-2004
• Prepared all the necessary documents for filings, insurance, bond companies, and licensing that was necessary to
obtain a Contractors License in Nevada for the company. Utilizing personal relationships in the state and at the
contractor’s board. Personally worked with the Contractors Board and State departments to expedite the process in
order for the company to grow within the economic boom in the Las Vegas area and meet deadlines that would enable
the company to participate in bidding on highly visible contracts with major developers and contractors.
amd Productions 1992-
• DOUBLEDOWN ENTERTIANMENT: Researched, wrote and created the format and incentives used for investment
packages in Entertainment/Intellectual Property projects using the tax incentive from the, “American Jobs Creation
Act”. Educated Real Property Investors on how to sell and develop Intellectual Property to Real Property Investors
and provided the templates for their ventures.
• BIM, BLACK INSIGHT MAGAZINE: Produced and directed the Aimee Joe Show, for the first black magazine on the
Internet, BIM. Guests on the show included Don Barden, the first African American to own a casino in Las Vegas and
formerly owner of Barden Cable in the South. Also directed and produced the shoot for the anniversary gala at the
Fitzgerald Casino, hosting the top of the entertainment industry’s African American Celebrities and Intellectuals for
the annual Black History month celebration. Developed the vision for the company expanding its business from just
an online magazine into an Internet television site and virtual studio distribution center.
• Wrote/Developed several scripts with writers and clients such as, Doug Draizin, Teddy Zee, Lisa Henson, Andy
Tenant, Katherine Reeback, Mark Byers, Evan Carlos Somers, Bill Bannerman, Caroline Cisseri, Gabriella Tagliavini,
Theresa Russell, Julie Crane, Carole Montgomery. Titles such as, Persephone, Outlaws, My Mother’s Daughters,
Venice Nevada, Divas, Julio In the School Yard, Taming of the Dame, (the story of Hoover Dam). Scripts and or

Lombard Studios with amd Productions:
• Founded and managed a media production company to build and operate a major motion picture studio and Media Business Park
in Southern Nevada entitled LOMBARD STUDIOS, for the purpose of Economic Development via the Entertainment Industry.
• Wrote the Executive Summary and business plan for Lombard Studios. Wrote and negotiated the land lease for the studio with the
city. Developed City, State and Federal government incentives for the Studio and the state to support the studio, with signature
support from all Clark County, NV Mayors.
• Writer, director and producer of a multi-media presentation that was designed to integrate the diverse needs and benefits of the
studio to the diverse groups involved: city, state and federal govt. officials, universities, production companies and private investors
and citizens.
• Conducted and participated in several public appearances and publications. Spoke on television and in private interviews regarding
the project. Worked with the press to inform and educate the public on the studio project.

Co- Producer, FOOLS RUSH IN 1990-1997
• Responsible for working with several writers and three studio regimes, on research, development and writing of the production
from development through distribution, including presenting the story and culture in the most positive and realistic light, while
maintaining the reality of the story and culture. A story that was inspired by Anna Maria’s life, family and marriage to the father
of her children and partner in producing “FOOLS RUSH IN”, Doug Draizin.
• Researched and created video presentations of the subject matter, and assisted and wrote story notes for every development,
production and marketing meeting, for six years.
• Responsible for assisting in creating a story that was artistic yet commercial.
• Researched the target market, market trends, cultural likeness and differences that motivate viewers to watch and re-watch films.
Wrote reports regarding findings.
• Maintained open lines of communication between both above and below the line. Participated in every step of physical production,
from shooting call to rap on a daily basis during the entire duration of the shoot, working very closely with crew, producers,
director and the studio. Assisted establishing the marketing tone as well.
LINA LEE 1987-1990
Lina Lee was one of the first visionaries in the 1980’s and 1990’s to bring new and undiscovered designers from
around the globe together with well-known top fashion designers to her boutiques in Beverly Hills, New York, Dallas
and South Coast Plaza.
• Worked as a stylist and sales representative in Men and Women’s Designer Fashions at the
stores locations on Rodeo Drive and the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Community Development 1985-Present
Active leader in community development for several important objectives:
• Organized volunteer program for Spanish Speaking students when the school district cannot provide
them with ESL teachers. For over 20 years, have organized projects in Nevada and California
classrooms to help stimulate cultural awareness, and economic diversity.
• Collaborated in founding a Tibetan Buddhist Foundation by writing and submitting the documents filed
with the IRS for the 501 (C) 3 not for profit status, applying and obtaining Political Asylum for the
Buddhist Rinpoche and organized the first retreats and teachings in Nevada and Los Angeles for the
foundation. Presently maintains a board position with the foundation. Worked very closely with Senator
Reid and his staff to accomplish the status of Political Asylum for Rinpoche Khenpo Choga.
• Volunteers assisting both racial and economic minorities in developing projects and networking within
the entertainment industry.
• Motivational Speaker within diverse target audiences.

Chicago Symphony, Orchestra.
