Since April 2015 Fulfilling technology contract, providing training, and go-live support in Epic Beacon
applications at multiple Peace Health System locations in the Pacific Northwest.. A strong mentor to
trainers, rewrote super-user curriculum, always ready to step up and take extra responsibility, consistently
reviewed as an excellent trainer.
March 2014 – October 2014 Fulfilled five month technology recruitment contract, plus one month extension,
provided training, go-live support, and post go-live support in Epic Ambulatory and HOD applications at
multiple Franciscan Health System locations in the Tacoma, WA area. Delivered standardized instructor-led
training curriculum to providers and clinical staff using principles of adult learning. Also trained via
webinar. Gathered feedback to ensure continuous improvement; prepare and assess curriculum on an
ongoing basis.

Thirteen years as Psychiatric Nurse, employed at The Arbor Hospital in Massachusetts, Englewood
Hospital in New Jersey, and Bergen Pines County Psychiatric Hospital in New Jersey. Dealt with a range of
DSMIV diagnoses and provided direct services to patients ages adolescent to geriatric in these hospitals.
Conducted intake and assessments; took histories; interviewed families; charted symptoms and care; helped
develop treatment plans; executed interventions; administered medications; collaborated with multi-
