I am Certified HR professional from the American Certification Institute (ACI), USA.

Currently I am working with Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) on the Rail Agency as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist heading the complete recruitment activities for Rail Agency which consists of five departments which are the CEO Office, Rail Operations, Rail Planning and Projects Development, Rail Maintenance, Rail Right of Way.

Prior to joining RTA, I worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with ALSTOM Transport on the Route 2020 project.

Later, I joined a new firm, PSR Solutions International Dubai Resourcing and assisted with the setup of the Division.


Since, 10 years I had been working for a British recruitment agency, HAYS Construction and Property, Middle East. During my tenure I contributed to the Personal Best of 1.3 Million AED in fees of which consist of a record number of 25 placement for the financial year 2014 - 2015. I had achieved 60% of the budget in our team.
