The people of a certain community must know what are the important developments to be done in their locality. Ex: if there is a high rate of illiteracy. These must be addressed.
Thru our direction, supervision, influence in a community work, we are building oneness among the people that brings development. They get to practice cooperation, participation which is a vital factor in the development of a community.
With our service actions, projects, there is improvement, a problem is solved effectively, a process is more efficient, a risk is reduced, convenience is improved.
Each aspect of the society depends on each other and each contributes to the overall stability and functioning of the society.
Involving people in every project can boost their participation and sense of responsibility. They will give their time and effort on it. Ex: Halina na kayo, para sa atin din ito. Tayo din ang makikinabang.
Engaging community members in projects & problem solving solutions build trust and empowers communities
