  9. 1 QUESTION 5 • Nigril is the majority shareholder that means it benefiting more than south Africa, the right of employee is greater than the right of employer. • It is a threat to climate change. • Conflict may arise among stakeholders as they have different views about nigril energy and power is not shared equally among stakeholders. • Stakeholders do not share the same values. • Nigrils energy generates a lot of money that can help in the employment sector.
