I worked at THPRD as a Program Coordinator for nine years.
In that time, I was responsible for acting as the liaison between the Beaverton School
District and THPRD, coordinating programs that include: youth and adult sports
classes, youth sports leagues and camps, community sports programs, and the THPRD
Rec-Mobile.
My duties also included: internal and external customer service, facilitating the
Intergovernmental Agreement with the Beaverton School District, contract
negotiations, coordinating gym and field use, record keeping, conducting meetings,
conflict resolution, public speaking, budget management and data analysis, H.R
practices, dealing with confidential information, supervision and mentoring staff,
serving on committees, First Aid and CPR training, and website updates.

implementation of the OSHA Safety programs at several THPRD facilities.
