Past Approach Used Paper-based checklist format for Quality control conducted on site, these checklists where scan on sent and were sent to central quality monitoring team for approval at regular interval. This affected the Project schedule and sometimes can cause delay in approval due to the process.   3. Quality control conducted through paper-based format on site were require scanning and sent to Quality control team for approval. This scanning of documents takes engineer's valuable productive time. Also, the data was not sent immediately as it sent at regular interval and real time monitoring was not possible.   4. Quality procedure was taking more time and was affecting project schedule. Maintaining hard copies on site was difficult and it also created issue to retrieve quality data in case it was required for quality analysis and process improvement No assurance of quality control on-site as documents do not have any photographic proof of actual inspection done on site.   6. After understanding the process all the paper-based checklists were implemented in digiQC through their easy checklist upload process.   7. To ensure quality team visit site checklists were set with mandatory photograph feature which was to be taken from phone camera only. Quality control checklists were configured with approvers. As soon as checklists are completed, instant notification mail were received.   8. This approval mail has all the details of quality control on site with actual site photograph. Once Approved or Redo, instant notification is sent to site team which again reduce communication time require.   9. Quality control data that was captured on-site can also be viewed on the digiQC web module in form of a dashboard, logs, and detail report for deep analysis.   11. Example Our project mostly involve installation of fabrication part after civil work, this makes civil work crucial and any deviation from drawing will make installation difficult. After implementation of digiQC the deviation was minimal, and failure were eliminated. Also, the schedule was achieved as plan due to faster communication.
