 Over the last few years we have seen a massive growth in the manufacture And
sales of remote control airborne vehicles known as quadcopter.
 Quad copter is also known as a drone.
 These unmanned aerial vehicles have four arms and fixed pitch
propellers which set in a ‘x’ and ‘+’ mods.
 In the standard format two propellers will spin in a clocks wise direction with
the other spinning in an anti-clock wise direction allowing to fly in a designated
Direction.

• 2.4 GHz Transmitter And Receiver
• Battery 12V,4500mAh LiPo
• Electronic Speed Controllers
[ESC]
• DC Brushless Motors
• Remote Control

WORKING PRINCIPLE
 Quadcopter is a device with an intense mixture of electronics, mechanical and Mainly on the
principle of aviation.
 Quadcopter has four motors whose speed of rotation and the direction of rotation changes
according to the user’s desire to move the device in perticular Direction take off motion,
landing forward motion , backward motion right motion.
 The rotation of motor changes as per the transmitted signal send the form the four channel
transmitter.
 The signal from micro controller goes to ESC which in turn controlles the speed of motor the
program for which is written in the ATMEGA 16 chip.
Will be smaller, causing the quadcopter beginning to fall. In order to keep
the quadcopter stable, the thrust of each rotor should then be increasing
order for compensation.

Advantages of drones:
 Has successfully struck militants of Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups.
 Intelligence gathered by surveillance drones contributed to the assassination of Osama Bin Laden.
 Helps detect forest fires.
 Monitor environmental data (i.e. populations of animals).
 Can seek missing children and felons.
Disadvantages of drones:
 Domestic drones violate right to privacy.
 Some drones are lethal and not just used for surveillance.
 People feel paranoid and like they're being watched by the government.
 With drones being unmanned flying machines, less aviation jobs are needed.
They're very expensive and a rarity among the world.
CONCLUSION
 It can be concluded from the above discussion that as with other man made
technologies this is also note with out it‘s benefit and drawback.
 The need of the time is to research upon it’s advantages rather than disadvantges.
