We have released a new version of AthTek Skype Recorder which has many new
features included. As we promised, the new version is compatible with Windows 8 (8.1).
If you already have a license for AthTek Skype Recorder, you can download the setup
file from our official website and upgrade your version for free. The new version also
supports to send notification to contact when you start a recording as default. You can
disable the auto-notification in Advanced Settings if you don’t want to let the contact
know of your recording.

2. The previous versions can be used on Windows 8. But we have get some feedback of
the compatible issue with Windows 8.1. We finally find what the problem is and get the
compatible issue fixed in AthTek Skype Recorder v6.11.
* Supports to send notification to contact — Default;

you start to record Skype call. As we all know, call recording without permission is not a
