4. Technology Tools to Increase Students’ Motivation to Review Math The second grade students at Happy Elementary School are going on a field trip. There are 42 students on the first bus and 39 students on the second bus. How many second graders are going on the field trip? Show your work! While there is simply nothing exciting about this problem, having the math problem projected on the ActivBoard and giving the students blank paper to show their work seems to be very motivating to them.
