VP of Member Services Worked with BETF to create a plan for distribution of the $25,000 American Honda Foundation grant; communicated plan to the chapters Continued to work with BETF to submit grant requests to support the SITES and IT Corps programs Held Chapter VPMS conference calls in October and November Worked with David Palmer, BETF, to notify chapters about the Microsoft products offerings and compile the list of chapter requests 2/5/2011 2 BDPA National VP of Member Services - 1Q11 Status

VP of Member Services YTD Allocation of $25,000 AHF Grant Chapters who sent representatives to the 4Q10 HSCC Coordinators meeting in Naples, FL: $240 each Chapters who provided scholarships to HSCC students in 2010 (up to $500 each) Chapters who held HSCC training class during the weekend of 1/29/11 Chapters who support the evolution of the SITES program for high school students (award to be determined based on Jan-June 2011 activity) 21 chapters to-date 2/5/2011 3 BDPA National VP of Member Services - 1Q11 Status

Community Outreach HSCC National HSCC Team coordinated the annual HSCC Coordinators’ meeting, held 11/2-11/3 in Naples, FL. 10 Chapters were represented IT Showcase Prepared the Call for Presenters for the 2011 IT Showcase Youth Technology Camp (YTC) Began working on plans for the 2011 YTC in Chicago IT Corps Began working on plans for the 2011 activities and funding BFTAW Chapters have submitted plans for BFTAW activities during February General $2,000 scholarship was awarded through CESM to JerronJamerson, BDPA Charlotte, from Phillip O’Berry Academy in Charlotte. 2/5/2011 4 BDPA National VP of Member Services - 1Q11 Status

6. Technical, Professional and Executive Development Planned and conducted the 4Q10 National Program Meeting and the 4Q10 Professional Development Seminar BDPA National Program Meeting: 11/18/10. Presenter: Clifford Clarke, Topic: “What Big Businesses Want from Small Businesses” Professional Development Seminar: 11/8/10. Presenter: Dr. Fay Cobb Payton; Topic: The Executive Protégé Program Issued a Call for Presenters for the 2011 National Program Meetings and Career and Professional Development Seminars Coordinated the Winter IT Institute class.
