Correlation and regression analysis was used to analyze the data.The findings suggest that ethical leadership and top management support both have significant role on project success as perceived by employees; also the moderating role of Islamic work ethics was found to be enhancing the corresponding relationships.   2. 2. • Islamic Work Ethics and Ethical Leadership • IWE has been used as moderator by Yousef (2001) and has found its significance in his studies in the framework of an organization. Research suggests that in the framework of an organization the HR practices are influential in terms of “organizational commitments” (Hashim, 2010), similarly the latter is related to “IWE” as well (Marri et al., 2012). The • Leadership must be quite ethical for an organization to follow its code of conduct strictly. And the leadership needs to follow ethics in order to achieve result oriented goals. The organizations having ethical leaders and with great Work ethics for employees, their projects succeed more as compared to organization have less ethical environment. There is no previous study specifically relating Islamic Work Ethics, Ethical Leadership and their combined effect on project success so to fill this research gap I propose following hypothesis:

So the total sample size is 170 which is a reasonable sample size for analysis of results. The total duration for distribution/data collection was 1.5 months. A cover letter explaining the purpose and scope of the study assured respondents of strict anonymity and that participation in the study was voluntary.
